David Versus Goliath: Pipelines, Landowners, and the Pressing Need for Law Reform

This paper addresses the urgent need for reform of the regulatory processes overseen by the National Energy Board with respect to pipeline construction on private land. Reform is needed to provide simple fairness and equality for landowners.
