Improving the Regulation of Fracking Wastewater Disposal in BC

This report prepared for the Fort Nelson First Nation highlights the risks raised by current fracking wastewater disposal practices in British Columbia. Reviewing “best practice” standards from other countries and expert authorities, this study recommends law reforms.
