
Blind Spot: The Failure to Consider Climate in British Columbia's Environmental Assessments
This report prepared for the Sierra Club BC recommends a fundamental reform of the Environmental Assessment (EA) process for new projects. It recommends that the Province of British Columbia apply a comprehensive “climate test” when assessing projects that could exacerbate climate change.
