Residential Tenancies: Online Application for Dispute Resolution

The Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) hears all disputes between landlords and tenants under the RTA and the MHPTA. A dispute resolution hearing is a quasi-judicial proceeding. The RTB may hear monetary claims up to $35,000. RTB decisions are final and binding.
