

Rationalizing and Harmonization of BC Common-Law Tests of Capacity
In BC, tests of capacity, the legal threshold after which a person is considered mentally incapable in the eyes of the law, differ depending on the area of law. This project studies selected common-law tests of capacity to determine whether modernization or harmonization of the tests is required.
