
The U.N. Security Council's 1267 Regime and the Rule of Law in Canada
The 1267 Regime consists of a blacklist, which subjects individuals on the list to an international travel ban and an asset freeze. Individuals are placed on the list without notice and until recently, could not even be told why they are on the list.
