Strengthening the GVRD Air Quality Management Plan : Submissions to the Greater Vancouver Regional District Regarding the 2005 Draft Air Quality Management Plan

In 2005 the GVRD moved to adopt a new Air Quality Management Plan (AQMP) with the aim of maintaining and improving GVRD air quality. In several ways, the 2005 Draft AQMP is an improvement from the 1994 plan, but it also has weaknesses. This paper makes recommendations to improve the AQMP.
