
Bail Orders: No Contact Orders
A bail order tells you what you may or may not do while your criminal charges are outstanding. This fact sheet provides information about bail orders that state you are to have no contact with a person (a no-contact order). It is a criminal offence to do anything that is forbidden by a bail order.
