

A Legal Framework for Informal Public Appeal Funds
Unlike fundraising campaigns by organized charities, informal public appeals are often carried out with little planning. Sometimes it is not possible to use the entire fund for the original purpose. How the surplus may be handled is a complex legal question, which is addressed in this project.
