Part 7 Accident Benefits: A Time for Change
Change is long overdue to Part 7 of BC's Insurance Motor Vehicle Act. Part 7 benefits are meant to provide financial support to people who are injured in car accidents, for rehabilitation services and other costs while they are in recovery. Several recommendations for needed changes are identified.
