We are a non-profit organization supporting people who identify on the gender and sexuality spectra. This includes lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer/questioning and Two-Spirit (LGBTQ2S+) individuals living in the Kamloops region.

The Bella Coola Legal Advocacy Program (BCLAP) provides free and confidential services in the communities of Bella Coola, Anahim Lake, Bella Bella, Klemtu and Wuikinuxv, the traditional territories of the Nuxalk, Ulkatcho, Heiltsuk, Kitasoo/Xai'xais, and Wuikinuxv peoples, respectively. The program is administered by the S.H.E.D. Society of Bella Coola.

The Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals is an administrative tribunal established by the Parliament of Canada. Our mission, on behalf of Canadians, is to resolve appeals under the Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security Act fairly, efficiently and in accordance with the law.

The Canadian Transportation Agency is an independent administrative tribunal of the Government of Canada that operates like a court. It is responsible for dealing with and resolving disputes related to various aspects of transportation; improving access to transportation services; and making decisions in air, rail and marine transportation as an economic regulator.

The CPC is an independent agency created by Parliament to ensure that public complaints made about the conduct of RCMP members are examined fairly and impartially. The CPC is not part of the RCMP. CPC reports make findings and recommendations aimed at correcting and preventing recurring policing problems. The CPC's goal is to promote excellence in policing through accountability.

The BC Labour Relations Board is an independent, administrative tribunal with the mandate to mediate and adjudicate employment and labour relations matters related to unionized workplaces.

The Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia (VSA) is an independent, non-profit regulatory agency that oversees the retail sales of personal-use motor vehicles in British Columbia. The VSA is an administrative authority delegated by the provincial government to administer and enforce the Motor Dealer Act and its regulations, the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act as it relates to the sale of motor vehicles, and other related statutes.

The Ombudsperson receives inquiries and complaints about the practices and services provided by public agencies. While not an advocate, the Ombudsperson can conduct impartial and confidential investigations to determine if a public agency is being fair to the people it serves. Our services are provided free of charge.
