Provides legal advocacy services to people with low incomes who need legal information, advice, or representation on a wide range of legal problems such as income security, housing, disabilities, violence, and debt. It also provides public legal education and support for community organizations wishing to help clients with legal problems.

A directory of lawyers (as well as paralegals, and other professionals offering therapeutic support and assistance) offering self-represented litigants (SRLs) affordable assistance, primarily in the form of unbundled legal or limited-scope services (unbundling).

Helps seasonal farm workers with multiple barriers deal with legal appeals and complaints related to employment insurance, WorkSafeBC, employment standards, and more. They also help with employment-related disability cases, tenancy issues, and more. They offer legal representation and information, maintain resources, and do referrals.

Provides legal advocacy to low-income residents in Campbell River and the surrounding area. They can help with disability benefits, seniors’ benefits, residential tenancy disputes, and consumer debt issues. Also provides family law advocacy on guardianship and parenting time, child support and spousal support, desok order divorce, and more.

AC helps British Columbians prepare for their virtual appearance. Use the online form on their website to make an appointment. The coaching provided includes how to behave during the court session, what to do when emotionally challenged, and other helpful tips. Email legalformsbc@gmail.com.

Get help with completing legal forms and court forms in civil and family matters at the Provincial Court of BC, Supreme Court of BC, BC Court of Appeal, federal court, and tribunals. They help with forms for legal issues such as Indigenous rights, animal law, foreclosure, mental health, income assistance, parole, small claims, and immigration.

For women and men. Family Law Program help includes separation and divorce (for married or common-law), separation agreements, and child and spousal support. Poverty Law Program help includes income assistance, appeals and tribunals, disability, applications and appeals, pensions, tenancy, dispute resolution, bankruptcy and debt, and employment.

Free legal family law and poverty law advocacy for low-income people. The family law advocate helps with family law matters like separation/divorce, guardianship, parenting time, support, and child protection. The poverty law advocate helps with applications and reviews for income assistance, PWD, CPP, and advocacy for landlord/tenant disputes.

The Family Law advocate services include legal information, referrals, summary advice, and client advocacy for people facing family law issues such as divorce, separation, and protection orders. The Poverty Law advocate provides on-one-one advice (referral, summary advice, or full representation) to low-income clients on a variety of legal topics.

The family law advocacy program provides support and knowledge as you navigate through your family law issues. The outreach and advocacy program helps clients with poverty law, domestic violence, and crisis prevention issues. Volunteers will help you navigate relevant social services and resources.
