
Community Legal Assistance Society - Mental Health Law Program
CLAS's Mental Health Law Program gives legal advice and representation to people who are involuntarily detained under the BC Mental Health Act or who have custody or conditional discharge orders pursuant to the mental disorder provisions of the Criminal Code of Canada. If you have been detained under the MHA or require representation at a Mental Health Review Board hearing, please visit our website to see if you qualify for our services and contact our office.
