We’re a gay couple thinking about adoptionLast reviewed November 2020 by the Clicklaw Editors

Good starting points to learn more about the adoption process in British Columbia include:
- Adoption of a Child, from People's Law School, provides an overview of the adoption process.
- JP Boyd on Family Law: Family Relationships, from the Courthouse Libraries BC, contains a detailed section on Adoption. It has information on who can receive a child for adoption.
