BC Family Maintenance Agency

The BC Family Maintenance Agency (BCFMA) is responsible for the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP). The BCFMA will work directly with the Government of BC to support the goals of increasing access to justice, reducing child poverty and delivering services to citizens in a customer-focused way.
