Rise Women's Community Outreach Advocate
The advocate is part of Rise’s Community Legal Clinic (CLC) & provides direct services to clients with high barriers to the legal system, through legal information, navigation, referrals, and advocacy. This includes police complaints, ID applications (including name & gender changes), accessing the CLC for family law assistance, swearing documents, and legal aid applications & advocacy. As part of the CLC, the advocate provides legal supports for clients who live in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland.
