Rise Women's Virtual Legal Clinic (VLC)
Provides legal supports for clients who live outside of Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. The VLC helps clients understand their options and identify a path through the legal system and provides legal education and information and summary legal advice. Where appropriate, it refers clients either in, to Rise’s internal programs, or out to other resources. Community partner organizations may provide local assistance to women in need, incl. acting as service points for clients to safely receive service.
