Access Pro Bono Residential Tenancy Program
The program provides free legal assistance and representation to low and modest income tenants who are contending with tenancy law issues before the Residential Tenancy Branch. Issues include contesting an eviction, disputing an illegal rent increase, seeking compensation for loss of quiet enjoyment (e.g. illegal entries, incessant noise), seeking an order for repairs, recovering a security deposit, and appearing at a hearing.
