Housing Law Clinic (Direct Representation)

TRAC provides free representation to tenants at dispute resolution hearings in limited situations. There is no income cut off, but TRAC may give priority to tenants who cannot afford legal advice/representation from a lawyer. For now, TRAC is taking clients in the Lower Mainland. However, if you live in an area without an advocate and are experiencing a serious tenancy issue, TRAC may be able to help if you can access a fax or scanner.
