Provides advocacy services which include: 1. Information, advice and/or representation at hearings for such legal issues as: Disability, Welfare, Tenancy, Employment Insurance, WCB, Old Age Security, Canada Pension Plan, Immigration, Debt, Employment-related issues & Human rights. 2. Help completing Government forms: e.g. Old Age Security, Victim Assistance, birth certificate, etc. 3. Referrals to help people solve problems by connecting them to the appropriate professionals & agencies.

- To see an advocate, please sign up during these times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am – 11am Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30pm – 2:30pm. Covid-19 Notice: Doing remote intakes for those who are able to do so. Limited intakes for in-person, urgent issues only (eviction or loss of income) Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30-2:30pm though this may change depending on staffing levels and availability.
