Areas of poverty law include: income assistance issues/Ministry of Housing and Social Development; persons with disabilities applications, reconsiderations and appeals; residential tenancy issues; human rights; employment insurance; debts and collections; CPP and old age security issues and forms; family issues; mental health; Ministry of Children and Family Development issues; and employment standards issues. Staff will travel/host virtual meetings for people in Chetwynd & Tumbler Ridge.
