Understanding Aboriginal child protection/removal matters

BC law says that if a child's safety is at risk, the Ministry of Children and Family Development must investigate and, if necessary, remove the child from the home. This fact sheet describes what Aboriginal parents can do if they're being investigated for a child protection matter.
