How you can get your driver's licence back if the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program takes it away

If the person who is supposed to pay child or spousal support (the payor) falls behind in support payments, the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program can advise ICBC not to issue or renew his or her driver's licence. This fact sheet sets out what to do to get the licence back.
