Legal Family Law Advocate
The program is available to low-income people whose family law matter is not covered by legal aid. We provide advocacy and support by accompanying clients to initial court appearances and directing clients to family duty counsel lawyers or other court staff and facilities; assist with forms and applications; help clients access community resources and services; and facilitate other services in relation to family law matters.
