The Business Law Clinic at the Allard School of Law at UBC
The Clinic may assist clients with the following: Answering general legal questions regarding small business or non-profit matters, reviewing and explaining an existing contract or lease, explaining the difference between various business structures, and other business oriented legal advice related to a client’s unique legal issue. The Clinic may draft legal documents such as formal agreements, incorporation forms, privacy policies, confidentiality agreements, supplier agreements and more.
