Outreach Legal Advocate


The primary goal of this program would be to ensure high quality service delivery of legal advocacy for anyone needing assistance. Issues include disability applications for BCEA, housing & tenancy, applying for child support or family maintenance, refugee claims and immigration law, employment insurance, Workers' Compensation, welfare and pension appeals, criminal injury claims, personal bankruptcy and debts, criminal charges, native law, Old Age Security, and mental health legal issues.
