Legal advice and assistance to low-income individuals, generally to appeal a decision: housing (Residential Tenancy Branch, Order of Possession, co-op eviction, foreclosure), income security (Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal, Social Security Tribunal incl. CPP/OAS), workers' rights (SST appeals on EI, Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, Employment Standards Tribunal), human rights (federal), and mental health (Mental Health Review Panel, Review Board, certificate of incapability).
