
PICS Legal Advocacy Program
This program is designed to help agricultural workers with multiple barriers and assist them in dealing with legal appeals and complaints related to Employment Insurance, WorkSafeBC, Employment Standards, Old Age Security, Guaranteed Income Supplement and Disability Cases and Tenancy Law and Small Claims related to employment. We do legal representation in addition to giving legal information, maintain resources and do referrals.
