LSLAP Manual: Children and the Law

This chapter is used by law students handling cases at the LSLAP program’s legal clinics. It complements other chapters in the manual by identifying unique legal considerations relating to children such as capacity, parental rights and responsibilities, child protection, and employment of minors.
