Elder and Guardianship Mediation
More families are turning to mediation to resolve family conflict. This project examines new legislation in BC relating to mediation involving guardianship and older adults. The project addresses legal, ethical, and social issues raised by voluntary and mandatory elder and guardianship mediation.
