BC Public Interest Advocacy Centre (BC PIAC)
BC PIAC is a non-profit law firm that advances the interests of groups generally unrepresented or underrepresented in issues of major public concern. BC PIAC advocates for the interests of residential consumers, and in particular low-income groups, in the regulation and deregulation of services, the interests of disadvantaged groups in obtaining access to justice and equality before the law, and unmet advocacy needs in both established and emerging areas.
